Two years ago, 2010, it clicked. I gave myself permission to go public with my love for psychology and to be a MEDIA STAR. It all started after reading a few articles, listening to the radio and watching television. I had an honest conversation with myself and declared loudly, “I should be on TV, radio and magazines too. In fact, I can do it better!" I have a calling to bring psychology to the people and help millions worldwide.

Well, here it is 2012, and I have been prominently featured in six Reality TV shows/series (ABC Nightline, VH1 Fantasia For Real, TVOne’s Black Men Revealed, BET’s 106 & Park- two times, BET Platinum House of Hits, MTV MADE) and turned down appearances on Bravo’s Real Atlanta House Wives (for obvious reasons) and TD Jake’s (scheduling conflict while taping in California) and I'm being considered for a major show in 2014 (taped the pilot).

I just wrapped co-hosting TVOne’s hit show Love Addiction. I'm blessed enough to contribute to top line news shows like CNN, HLN and Huffington Post Live. Additionally, I serve as the on-air psychologist for the Rickey Smiley, Michael Baisden & Café Mocha nationally syndicated radio shows. I’ve given well over 50 radio interviews, co-hosted my own show and have blogged, written, or contributed to numerous magazines (Essence, Black Enterprise, Sister 2 Sister, Today’s Black Woman, etc.)

I don’t list these things to brag. I just wanted to briefly document my credibility to help you and I’m just proud of what God has graced me to do!
